How We are Responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are living through unprecedented and challenging times.  In times of crisis, it is more important than ever for people to know they can count on us.  While COVID-19 has caused us to maintain our social distance, taking care of our customers and team members remains our top priority.  We encourage you to continue to utilize our Online Banking and Mobile Banking products if you are unable to conduct business in-person.

 

Unfortunately, fraudsters may take advantage of these types of vulnerabilities.  We encourage you to be on the lookout for suspicious email and/or text messages that try to convince you to share sensitive information such as username and password, or others that ask you to provide social security numbers, bank account numbers, and other valuable personal information.  Be cautious about online solicitations or ones that may impersonate a company charity, or government agency.  Bank of Hays will never ask you for your personal information or log-in information in this form of communication.
